Danish brewer Carlsberg has called a review of its global media agency arrangements.
It is understood that the statutory review of the company’s estimated £100m ($123m) global media spend is being handled by Ebiquity.
The review covers Carlsberg’s portfolio of international brands, including Tuborg, Somersby ciders and Kronenbourg 1664.
Carlsberg’s global category director for marketing services told Campaign said: “We have to make sure we have the best partner on board to handle the increasing complexity with the best team, tools and performance.”
Carlsberg had not responded to requests for comment from M&M Global at the time of publishing.
